Design for Life Award, 2010
Archadia was awarded a ‘Design for Life’ Silver Award for Northampton Place, a new Extra Care housing scheme in Slough.
Building Excellence Awards, Best Healthcare Project, 2009
Pantiles House (previously known as Wykeham House) in Merton Park won the Best Healthcare Project.
Wel-hops EU Award for Good Design for Older People, 2007
Archadia’s New Larchwood, new extra care housing with communal facilities won a Wel-hop EU Award.
Kingston Upon Thames Townscape Awards, 2006
Archadia was awarded a Townscape Award for its work on the United Reformed Church.
Spelthorne Design Award, 2003
Archadia’s Elizabeth Court, a design for twenty-one sheltered flats with communal facilities, won this commendation for good design from Spelthorne Council.
