Wykeham House
Two planning approvals granted

Wykeham House

We are pleased to announce that we have recently gained planning permission
for an extra care housing scheme comprising thirty-four flats for older people
in the renowned John Innes (Merton Park) Conservation Area in West London.
This project has been subject to rigorous planning demands due not only to
the unique character of this garden suburb, but also because it is on the
site of a Grade II listed building. It has been designed to incorporate some
of the architectural features used by Henry Quartermaine, one of the most
influential architects involved in this late nineteenth century development.

In addition we have gained planning permission for a new branch library
on the outskirts of Brighton, which is a mixed use scheme providing the
library on the ground floor and six flats above on the first and second
floors. The construction is now starting and the scheme is due for
completion in the Spring of 2008.
